Membership reward scanner/system is allegedly always broken.

Carne asada here is great!!! The quesadilla is great!!! Chipotle guacamole is great!!! Roasted corn is delicious but cold!!! Generally the food is what you expect from Chipotle. The food options here are decently healthy. Sometimes some of the food can be saltier than ocean water, must have been a new cook that visit. Decent design. Tables could be cleaned more often. Seat comfortability is acceptable. Indoor seating available. Outdoor seating is shared with The Habit.

I think it got better but the workers used to hide in the back while the one female who wanted to work had to work alone calling out for help to service the line. Eventually...her co-workers slowly emerged.

The place can be empty of customers but the tables somehow remained dirty; when there aren't customers, that's time to catch up making the place look decent. When everything is done, that's when...

Went here on the evening of 11/16/23 the girl that made on food was not very friendly and the quesadillas she made came out burned with the paper stuck to them I asked her to see it and she just showed me a corner I asked her to make one of them over and she replied that it's still gonna come out the same when the guy there helping her was gonna make them both over but she said they were fine. I think this was very bad customer service and will not be coming back here. Spent almost over $46.00 just to come home and throw half of it away. Always came here and ordered the quesadillas the large ones with the flour tortilla and they never were cooked like this. This is ridiculous she shouldn't be working there if she is going to have that attitude. People go elsewhere to eat. Bad...

We were rushed to eat and then asked to move. Hire people with more common sense. We Arrived 2 hours before closing.Arrived @ 8. Stepped into to the restroom to wash up. Came out ordered food and paid by 8:11pm. So we sat outside around 8:15. 5 minutes later a kid that works there starts cleaning up. I started thinking they close at 10pm there's no way he going to ask us to get up. We still have time. 8:29 kid asked my wife and I if we can move over to the other tables which belong to (The Habit ). I responded ( don't you guys close at 10 ) ? He says yeah but i have to do this now. I got pissed so i asked my wife if she wanted to move and she responded ( no lets leave). We should get a refund. We still hadn't finished eating. I...
