First time having jersey Mike’s, got a chicken Philly. Sandwich bread was warm very tasty (multigrain) chicken was tender, nice and hot, cheese onions and peppers were seasoned well. Will definitely be coming back, the three gentlemen working were welcoming and professional having the facility clean and organized. Overall this experience was a solid 8/10.

This outlet located inside Montebello Mix strip mall offers very nice selection of sub sandwiches that are high quality in a clean environment. As the ingredients are fresh and the bread usually fresh, these sandwiches are tasty. Perhaps the only draw back is the prices are not cheap if you buy drinks and chips with the sandwich.

Ordered my regular sandwich “Mikes Way” to go. When I got to my destination in another city and to a bite of my sandwich it was very salty. I took another bite and it got worse. The sandwich was inedible. I phoned the establishment on Montebello @ Beverly. After explaining to the issue to the manager (an older gentleman) he wanted me to return to the store with my sandwich. I told him I was busy and far away for the rest of the evening and if he can please replace my sandwich another day. I told him the over salting was probably an accident, and he insisted it wasn’t and that his worker followed the guidelines. Friendly staff is quick and efficient. I ordered the California Club on wheat bread online and was pleased to see it ready to go when I walked in a couple minutes later.

They added jalapeños as requested, and since it was Mike’s Way it wasn’t loaded with condiments… this is usually not how I have a sub, but wow, I think this was the tastiest healthy sub I’ve ever had. No, bacon isn’t healthy, but this time it felt like it was!

Was very excited to introduce my boyfriend to Jersey Mike's, unfortunately our experience was terrible! 1st off, they made the wrong sandwich and still tried to blame me accusing me of ordering the wrong #, even though I ordered by sandwich NAME, not by #!! 2nd of all, they totally forgot to heat up my boyfriends Chicken Parm sandwich and so we received it with the chicken extra cold, and unmelted cheese.
