McDonald's — Restaurant in Monterey Park

This used to be my favorite McDonald's as it's close to where I live. But this location has took a huge turn for the worse. Constant wrong orders and missing items. The Filet O Fish is always over cooked or double fried, I'm not sure, but it's hard and dark brown. Today they gave the guy in front of me my order and he returned it to them after sticking his face in it and touching all my food fumbling through the bag. Then they proceeded to give me that order. I said I want the order redone as I don't feel safe eating food that someone else stuck their face in and touching it. The drive thru girl went to ask another girl with an over abundance of makeup who seems to be the Shift Lead was extremely rude and came at me and snapped "If you want your order redone, you have to wait up there for 15-20 mins!" I didn't believe that they would actually make a new order and was afraid that they would try to just wait a few minutes and give me the same items. So I went inside to watch them, when the drive thru girl ran up to her and said "Watch out, watch out" to the Shift Lead as I stood there watching. So I requested for a manager right there as it was completely SUS. I told him what happened, as well as remind him that orders given to the wrong customer is not our fault and that his staff should not be getting mad at us for their mistake, he said he would say something to her. Although I doubt it will change as you can see from multiple reviews that this has been going on for quite a while now. I can't change ingrained culture, but I can at least change locations. Never coming back...

Love McDonalds BUT they always mess up my order, 9 times out of 10 they get it wrong!! The receipt states the order yet somehow the 2nd window gets it messed up! I ask for the same thing every time. Plain sausage mcmuffin for my son what do I get? Do you mean no combo? No I mean plain, sausage and an English muffin!! Worst I ask for a sausage egg and cheese BISCUIT with round egg and I get a sausage folded egg cheese Mcnuffin!! Really?! This is one incident but many have occurred. Some of the employees are kind, knowledgeable, and do a great job that is why they get some stars from me but service is everything in any business and you are only as strong g as your weakest link. Not trying to hurt any business but give a wake up call so things change, and please don't put cold condiments inside the bag with hot food, use a different bag. No one likes...

On some real shyt.. I feel they need to fire all female workers from window jobs they don't have the brain capacity to focus on what people are ordering without them messing up I think girls are too busy thinking about other stuff I say put the girls to washing dishes and mopping and cleaning the restrooms and let the men handle the food and customers becsuse we pay alot for these people to ruin orders and then the worst part is now days customers are always wrong and thr business is always just dusting shyt off... I got a coffee today it taste like it was from a few days ago I asked for cream and sugar if your machine don't give the correct amount then make it the right amount these people don't do their jobs correctly its disrespectful my coffee taste like shyt even with cream and sugar it taste like last week...
