Rude and dishonest restaurant owner. Charges 16% for tax FOR TAKE OUT while CA tax is only 7.25%. My food total was $28 and he charged $32. I asked how much is tax? He said "16%". No receipt was given. Maybe he thought I was a visitor. And this place is CASH ONLY, just don't hope your tax money goes into the state.

And for food, look at yourself, crumpled rice, taste is horrible....
