Rude and dishonest restaurant owner. Charges 16% for tax FOR TAKE OUT while CA tax is only 7.25%. My food total was $28 and he charged $32. I asked how much is tax? He said "16%". No receipt was given. Maybe he thought I was a visitor. And this place is CASH ONLY, just don't hope your tax money goes into the state. And for food, look at yourself, crumpled rice, taste is horrible. Don't ever come.

Hole in a wall, No frills and nothing pretentious…just delicious, honest, simple, and traditional comfort northern Vietnamese style food. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and only ordered #5 Mi Quang Nam. It’s that damn good.

Ordered a bun bo mong huyet to go. The order came out quickly and was well packed. Reheated the soup and noodles at home and thought it was pretty decent. Not a must visit but if you’re in the area, you could do worse.

Hole in a wall, No frills and nothing pretentious…just delicious, honest, simple, and traditional comfort northern Vietnamese style food. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and only ordered #5 Mi Quang Nam. It’s that damn good.
