Read moreWent to Subway at 7:15pm and the doors were locked. No sign on the door explaining why they were closed. The hours on the door list they're open until 10pm. There was a gal (employee) behind the sandwich line by the register and a gentleman mopping the floor. I thought I would knock on the door in hope one would acknowledge me and maybe explain why they were closed. Both completely ignored me even after standing there for a few minutes. Neither one had the decency to come over to the door to explain. I am in customer service as well and would never outright ignore a customer. Not a good look or feel at our local Subway. Maybe re-think what customer service means! If it weren't for your customers, you all would not have jobs. Wow!!!!!

Watch the video of your employees on Friday, July 11, around 11 a.m.-1 p.m. I don't remember the exact time. The employees are the most unpleasant, and they have no shame in admitting it. And I'm not surprised by all the reviews they've gotten. We left that place without ordering anything, we were about to order 25 for our soccer team, and they lost everything because of their arrogant attitude.
