Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

I ordered pizza from Domino's today from my hospital bed and Horsham clinic in Horsham. Not only did it come cold you feel like it happened already sitting out for quite some time but the driver did not have change of a 20 you that is usually unlikely as they always come out with change meanwhile she took a $20 bill or he I wasn't there and I guess was going to keep the $7 as a personal tip wow I'd like to work there meanwhile when I called to complain I asked for the supervisor a very obnoxious rude girl came on the phone didn't give me a chance to talk or say anything yesterday and quickly dismissed me and hung up I cannot believe that this is how they handle customer service with the codes right out pizza and then they go and take a $7 extra tip and the supervisor has a goal to hang up on me I would like to get it an answer on...

Ordered curbside tonight, after sitting for a little while and not receiving our order, I went inside and was told they couldn't locate my order and would make another one. Went back out to my car and wanted 20 mins and still no one brought the order out. Went back inside, picked up the order. Got home, the pizza wasn't cut, and the chicken parm sandwich we ordered had literally two pieces of chicken on it, little pieces of chicken. Basically it was a roll with sauce. Called dominos back, and asked to have a delivery with a new sandwich, and was told because it was a carry out service ordered, they can not deliver and the female had a horrible attitude on top of it. I understand mistakes happen, but this is horrible customer service. This store needs to hire adults for management, and not teenagers...

I haven't ordered from Domino's in nearly two decade's. Tonight we decided we were in the mood for pizza and wanted to give them a try, as it's been so long since we've last had Domino's Pizza. Put my order in and waited. Their website is simple enough to navigate. Pizza arrives some 35 minutes later, not too shabby. I picked up two large, two toppings pizza's, cheesy bread bites, cinnamon bread bites and two garlic dipping sauce. Pizza wasn't bad and the bread bites are good... However, leave it to them to forget the dips. That's 2$ they owe me. Thanks Domino's!

Update: I've order twice since this review and they actually forgot my dips a second time. I'm not sure what's with the management at this place but it definitely...
