We moved to the area a year and a half ago and keep looking for "our" Chinese restaurant. Tonight we gave this place a shot since it's close to home and a relatively high rating. I'll start with the positives: the duck was good and cooked well and the crab Rangoon was delicious. Now onto the low points: the general tso's breading was soggy to the point of being partially liquid while the chicken inside was overcooked, dry, and stringy. Note: this dish was completely inedible. The pork fried rice was dry and flavorless. The price point is high for a Chinese takeout place. The quality of the food was bad enough that I wouldn't try it again. Not sure if it was an off night or what but our experience did not line up with the other reviews...
Read moreThis place just opened and they have the best Chinese food around! We’ve loved everything we’ve had here. Wonton soup is super tasty. Mango chicken has a sweet mango sauce and served with zucchini, carrots, and fresh pieces of mango. Orange chicken is a nice balance of sweet, spicy, and citrus. My partner likes the sesame chicken. The general tsos chicken is also very good, but it’s more of a sweet chili sauce than the standard general tsos sauce. The best part is that they use all white meat in the chicken dishes which makes them so delicious. Vegetable lo mein was good. Also recommend the spring rolls and pizza rolls for appetizers! Large portions. Easy to order online....

The kung pao looked up to standards but wasn’t spicy and lacked flavor with very little sauce. Now onto the sweet and sour chicken….I’ve had it once in a while over the past 40 years at probably 30 different restaurants around the country and ina few other countries. This is the first time it ever came with a clear vinegar sauce with some orange floaties….definitely NOT sweet and sour chicken. Sooooo I’m left with the conclusion that there is not one decent Chinese restaurant within 25...
