Five Points Pizza — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

So I work nearby and borrow my fiancé's car yesterday to drive to work , long story short, car got a flat, and it messed up rotor etc. Just to clarify that this car is a total beater . I'll see if I can post Pic. But while most businesses would be upset with such a vehicle parked out front , I was in fear that one of these places in the shopping center would ask Me to tow the car. The owner of 5 points came out to greet me , asked Me what happened while I'm changing the tire, offered me air from his compressor, then , 3 hours later, came back out and had a soda for me and offered lunch. Free of charge. There are not many people like this in the world today. And that one little kind gesture that made my day easier, when he had every right to ask me to leave or get car towed. That is the reason that my large Italian family and I will be frequenting at this restaurant from now on. Bravo to...

After trying out a variety of their food, I decided its about time to write a review about Five Points. There are two factors that makes this pizza place different from others in the Montgomeryville/North Wales area:

The food is overall delicious and fresh. When I place an order for delivery or pickup the food from the restaurant is always consistent quality of top notch food. Their specialty pizzas (especially their boardwalk or upside down pies) are the best.

The service is fantastic. Anytime I call for an order, I always get a friendly greeting or if I have any questions about their menu they answer my questions with no problems. When it comes to delivery, they will generally give you a 30 - 40 minute window and they show up on time (or earlier at times) with your food hot.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad, presentation was wonderful only to find two big bugs mixed in the salad. Called back owner was apologetic, however the phone girls was extremely rude when I called back a hour later!!! to ask what time will they pick the salad up. They told me they was busy delivering customers food. Oh I’m sorry for the inconvenience, not wanting to eat bug Caesar salad……….. POOR Customer service. Shortly after someone else had the audacity to call back making sure I knew I had to return the salad. As if I wanted the bug salad. Another hour came and went so my son went there to return the bug salad and they tryed to give him a credit……..guess they have bug brains…… finally someone with common sense gave him cash....
