Wish there was a 0 star. When they first opened this new location, they have put professionals at the location providing outstanding services. Maybe 2 weeks into the grand opening, I couldnt see the employees who were there; instead, new employees showed up. They are slow careless and sorry but very useless to the store. I walked in to the store, the old man who works there saw me, looked at me, and instead of helping me or taking my order he sat at the table on his phone watching videos. I stood at the counter thinking that maybe it was his break time, but nobody was behind the counter and I ended up standing there for a 15 minutes then some younger guy finally showed up and told the older guy to come help me and THEN he came and took my order. Didn't have my frozen drink, offering iced instead (which I declined). Refused to provide a refund, directing me to do it online. Reluctantly gave me the iced coffee after I insisted. Didn't know I had ordered food until I asked. Forgot my iced water and straw.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. My family and I arrived at 6:20 on a Friday. According to their hours posted on the door, the lobby should’ve been open at 6. I knocked continuously but no one opened, despite seeing an employee through the window. I tried to call the store but no one answered. We then proceeded to try the drive thru where the employee was extremely rude. She also yelled at my dad and cut him off which based on other reviews seems to be the norm here.
