12/26/2024 at 159pm. I will not eat or think I could ever have edible food at an Arby's ever again. I ordered the Classic Beef and Cheddar, small curly fry, and a large diet coke. The sandwich was cold and looked disgusting with dried up pieces of "beef". I had gone through the drive thru and was going to eat in my car as my dog was in the car. When I got this beef and cheddar sandwich and realized it was cold, I went into the store. The young guy at the counter was friendly and got the manager who was also pretty friendly. I asked for either another sandwich or a refund for it. She agreed to let me order another sandwich. So I ordered the fish sandwich....wanting to stay away from a beef one. She asked if I wanted everything on it. I said yes. I got my fish sandwich, went back to my car, unwrapped the sandwich. Before I unwrapped it, I could tell it was cold....no warmth to it at all. The "everything " on it was a dried piece of fish, some tartar sauce, and a handful of shredded lettuce. I went ahead and took a bite. It tasted like nothing. I wrapped it back up and threw it away. I really should have gone back inside and this time, gotten my money back. But honestly was just too tired by this point. Also when going through the drive though, the guy was abrupt and rude. This was even BEFORE I had even spoken a word to place my order. After placing my order, I rolled up to the window, and asked for a small cup of water for my dog...i had forgotten to order it before. He looked at me as if i had just asked him to build me a house. After he handed me my order, i told him "I hope you have a better day". I couldn't understand why as this guy was so abrupt and impatient....there was one car in front of me and just three cars in the parking lot at the time. As I'm typing this, I'm parked in the parking lot, my car running, someone from the store came outside and approached my car. I rolled the window and was asked if everything was ok. I said it was and that i was on my phone. She then stated "ok, alright, I'm good" and walked back into the store. I guess customers aren't allowed to park in the parking lot? True I wasn't eating my food, but I was a paying customer. No one else sitting in the parking lot, eating or doing whatever, was approached. I hurried up and finished this review so I...
Read moreI want to start by saying I LOVE Arby’s! I have always had pleasant experiences with every restaurant I’ve ever visited, but not at this one, I visited this Arby’s late at night and when we first pulled up to the window the gentleman told me that we would have to back up to where I was in front of a red bar that’s sitting outside the drive through window and wait on his manager who had just walked over to the McDonald’s beside the restaurant so she could get her something to eat. So we back up to the red bar thing in front of the window and waited a good ten minutes and then was told by the manager on duty we could pull back up and continue with our order. The manager acted like she couldn’t understand what we were asking for when it was very simple that we wanted a beef and cheese classic meal, 2 beef and cheese classic sandwiches and a half a pound beef and cheese sandwich meal. She went on to tell me that it would be extra to add cheese to the roast beef and cheese sandwich which I was fine with at this point. We were just ready to eat! She called us out our order finally how we were wanting it. The total ended up being over $40 and again I didn’t question it and we were just anxious to get our meals. We didn’t wait much longer thankfully for the food to come out and couldn’t wait to chow down as we had been sitting there forever. The food was cold. It tasted like it had been sitting out all night long. The drinks were flat and needed to be changed out you could tell. Then to top it off they shorted us a whole roast beef and cheddar burger. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Very unprofessional and non satisfactory here. Will not...
Read moreI walked into the Arby's on Atlanta highway Montgomery Alabama and Jared greeted me. I walked up to the counter. What is remarkable he remembers my name and I have been coming in often but not seeing him in after 3 weeks he still remembered my name. That was well and good but what is really remarkable was a little old lady he waited on after me. I was watching Him and she was asking many questions and his personality was so great that woman was smiling and laughing even about extra stuff that he was explaining to her on her coupon paper that she brought into the Arby's restaurant. I'm a very old person and I have seen many people in business because I'm a business man retired. But this young man is exceptional, he needs his own store. When I'm in the area I will only go to this one arby's because I am sure to be waited on promptly sufficiently and joyfully. I have trained many employees over the years and Jared is definitely on the top of my list. The manager who trained him is definitely an exceptional person. I've seen her a few times and she's always super busy too. What is unique about this store is everybody is always smiling. Thanks Arby's because this is my number one restaurant. And I have been eating arby's for 56 years. Jared has a glow when he waits on a customer so anyone that goes into this Arby's will know Him due to his...
