If I could get zero Stars I truly would. This location was the worst experience by far I have had in a long time at a restaurant. It took 34 minutes to get one shake and I repeat one shake. When it was delivered it was soupy enough where it should have been a soda. And then when I tried to do the complaint online through their customer complaint service I could not read the receipt because they're out of ink and their receipts which makes sense because apparently they were out of service as well. So when I call the customer service line to get a store number in order to do the complaint she gave me the phone number which of course does not work for a store number because you would assume that the store number is asking for a location not the phone number. So constantly it kept giving me an error message and saying input is incorrect because that is not the store number. Terrible location, terrible service, and terrible experience. That's the reason why as much as I travel I hardly ever see Sonic's. Would not be surprised if they close down within the next 6 months to a year and that would be pushing it. After pressing the order button I explained to the young lady taking orders that I wanted one of the Halloween Blizzards that I had seen being advertised but I wanted to substitute the Heath Bar for something else and was told I couldn't do that. I had to order a regular Blizzard and add everything I wanted with their limited options (because they supposedly "no longer carry" Butterfinget or Snickers) just to get what I wanted. I was told I had to pay an extra charge for a custom order even though I was just ordering something they had on their menu. After getting my order I noticed the lady who brought it to me had given me an extra cup. After pulling them apart I learned the reason for this was because the cup that my Blizzard was in was busted. The Blizzard itself even had tiny pieces of Styrofoam in it because of the employee's carelessness when making my order. Read moreA friend and I pulled up at 11:18 to stall 13, pressed the button and nothing. Two cars proceed to pull in after me and their orders were taken so I assumed the speaker I was at was broken. So we pulled into another and the screen was black so obviously that wasn’t working. We then proceed to pull into another stall and press the button the the screen was frozen so again assumed it was broken so we pulled into stall 23. By this time it was 11:35. We press the button and proceeded to wait. Cars were pulling in and out and everyone was getting their order taken but us. We sat there until 11:49 before I decided to walk to to the door to see what the problem was and why we haven’t been serviced. The young man that was running cars out told me that they closed for tonight and that they weren’t taking anymore orders. I explained I was there before closing time and that we didn’t get our order taken but he just brushed me off like it wasn’t his problem. All we wanted was two drinks and we wait half an hour...
