Subway — Restaurant in Montgomery

I always come here, and never have issues. But the Customer service tonight was awful, and the Guy was Disrespectful. I made an online order, and came to pick it up. The Door was locked, so I knocked on the door window. They looked at me, as they serviced other guests. I came up a second time and knocked...a Young Lady let a Customer out and immediately lock it. I knocked on the Window again, and a Black , Short, Heavy Guy yelled from the register. I told him I had an order. I yelled through the door, and he was yelling what is your name? Finally, the Young Lady came to the door. I asked for a refund, he was extremely Rude. I asked who was the Manager, and he said me , very Nasty and Hostile. I told him he was unprofessional and wanted his DM' s name . He refused to give me any information. After going here for over a decade faithfully, I will never return. This Guy is never pleasant, and always has an attitude. The Older Woman, and Younger Woman, that typically works mornings, have been Great! He definitely needs to be coached, on Customer service...

Today I decided to have a subway sandwich,when I walked in the Associate who said his name is Rodney had a very NASTY attitude,when I told him which sandwich I wanted three times,he proceeded to fix what he wanted, I then stated that the sandwich that he fixed was NOT what I asked for he became even nastier with his attitude telling me that what I asked for would be extra ,and proceeded to ring the sandwich up,I asked for the Manager,he grabbed the store's phone,and told me to call her,this is the rudest person working with the public,if I didn't see him fix my sandwich,I would not have taken it,he need to be fired for treating customers this way. I will NOT advise anyone to eat from this establishment,and I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has encountered this treatment...

Worst experience ever will definitely not return. For starters these guys were out of all bread except for flat bread and wheat bread but didn’t bother to tell us until the driver made it to the store. For each sandwich I requested light sauce and received the complete opposite. The sandwiches were soggy and cold and we are only 10 minutes from this store. All ingredients were clearly thrown on the sandwich, the sandwich itself was barely wrapped and tasted horrible. Being in the food industry I understand things can go wrong but you should never send food out that doesn’t look edible and you probably wouldn’t eat yourself. I will make sure everyone knows how bad this...
