I LIED....I DID GO BACK!!!!
Fastforward to today (3/25/23) when I placed an online order for pickup. I had to deal with the same manager Kaylyn, but this time it was face to face. She was extremely rude and kept messing up my order. All because she failed to read the screen and order ticket in its entirety. The only person in the restaurant with some customer service skills was a young lady named Shanteria. She was the only person who cared that my family's order was correct.
ORIGINAL REVIEW- Poor service and nasty food. When I arrived home after picking up my online order, I discovered that the restaurant did not fulfill my order correctly. I ordered a Supreme Sampler meal and a Fish and Shrimp combo. The combo only had 3 shrimp and my baked potato was lukewarm. The Supreme Sampler meal only had two pieces of fish. Both the shrimp and chicken were missing. The condiments for my lukewarm potato were non-existent in spite of being clearly listed on the order.
I called the restaurant and spoke with Kaylyn and she made it clear that it was nothing she could do about my order being so grossly inaccurate unless I was willing to drive back to the restaurant. With the cost of gas and the sweltering heat, that was not an option for me. If the restaurant had been opened as advertised upon my arrival, I would have gladly checked my order at the counter to ensure its accuracy.
Needless to say, I plan to have a conversation with corporate and my bank Monday morning. Furthermore, I will not patronize this...
Read moreI waited in the drive thru for maybe 20-25 minutes to place an order which didn't frustrate me at all. It wasn't until I got the the box to place my order and started telling the young woman working what I wanted. After I clearly said I would like a number 3 and both sides to be fries, she said hold on a moment and came back a few minutes later and said what else would you like. I finished up with my order and pulled around. When I arrived at the window the girl had only rang up the second part of my order and got an attitude when I stated that I had a number 3 as well. She had to go grab her manager because she was clearly not happy about serving me. The manager did fix the issue but as soon as she walked off the girl continued on with her attitude towards me and rolling her eyes as if I was an inconvenience to her. Now I'm just assuming with saying this but there was a male coworker up front with her and they seemed more worried about fratenizing between themselves than doing the job at hand. Read moreI got in the drive-thru line of this location at exactly 9:08 pm last night. There was a line, but nothing I thought would take very long (maybe 5-7 cars in front of me. Including the ones that had already ordered) I did not make it to the speaker to order until 10:03. No one ever took my order or even came over the speaker to acknowledge me. I waited in that line for over an hour by the time I finally pulled away. Not to mention there was a LONG line behind me at this point. When I pulled around to see if there was anyone standing at the window there was no one to be seen anywhere. I figured that since they clearly saw they had a line, that even though they had technically closed they would serve the people that were obviously there before closing time, but nope I was wrong. This is the typical service I seem to receive in this city and I have only lived here a few months.
