Kraze Frozen Treats — Restaurant in Montgomery

The staff seemed nice and friendly at first. My son and I kept asking if they had “wet” walnuts. I assumed that anyone that works in a establishment such as this would understand that that’s a common slang for walnuts in syrup. My son eventually located some by the register and I told him to go get one of the smallest cups available and we would get some. The cusp were cheaply made. They were nowhere near the quality of sweet frog cups. Anyways when we were leaving my son accidentally spilt a few of the walnuts and a woman (employees) proceeded to scream across the parking lot as we were getting in our car “oh I know your not just going to walk away and not clean up your messes!” I a extremely loud, rude, and hateful tone of of voice. I went back and cleaned up those few little walnuts (which I would have done anyways if I had originally been aware) I advise all ppl with children to go to another establishment because it’s obvious they are not child friendly nor do they display appropriate behaviour to small children. Also the cups are unbelievably cheap they leaked all in my car cause the lids didn’t fit correctly plus there were no holes in the lids for straws/ spoons that may have been a blessing in disguise. It’s going to cost me at least 50 dollars to have the sticky removed from my car plus I lost a wallet Burberry that I had just purchased due to leakage from cheap cups. I’d give this establishment negative stars if I could. In the end just take your family somewhere else. I know understand WHY ppl write reviews this is my first and I pray it’s my last one. as a parent I feel it’s my duty to warn other parents. I was really excited to come here for the first time. 8:05pm I go in and the bleach was so strong I couldn’t even make my ice cream. I am allergic to bleach and I have asthma so I had to leave. I have never been to a place where they used such strong bleach! The girl was really sweet and offered to make me some and bring it out, but without knowing what I wanted, I just declined. So we ask if they delivered to your home and they said yes. But every time we called they hung up thinking we were prank callers but we actually weren't. The last time we called the lady was like "we dont have time for yall to be messing with the phone" and then we were like " we are actually here to order" and then the lady was like " we dont do delivery " and so after she hung up me and my cousin were like didnt she say when we first called that they delivered.
