Starbucks — Restaurant in Montgomery

Pro: Everyone on staff I've come in contact with have been extremely patient, kind & VERY knowledgeable of the drink possibilities when I come inside to order. Mind you...I've been a Gold card member for several years, yet I still don't know what I want majority of the time.

I love using my phone to pay because I've forgotten my card before...but no sweat phone is perfect.

If you get a $$$ costly drink & it's not just right... they'll get it right for you.

Clean, bathroom usually clean just TP or towels on floor where adults don't care for other people things.

Misty has been a Batista I followed from one store to another... no stalking. Her new store hasn't been as convenient.

Area of parking lot this shop was built in needed a bit more thinking out. Drive thru , exit, light to busy road... difficult, dangerous & needs some new traffic direction. Jams up. The handicap parking is located right in the middle of this mess. Very busy...

One of the worst Starbucks experiences ever.

I came here specifically because it was the best reviewed store nearby. I ordered the easiest thing on the menu - one Venti Cold Brew, just black. I was THE ONLY customer in line, and it took so long to get served, I thought I was being punked, "Where's Ashton?" I thought? "Oh man, I paid cash and didn't take a receipt, they're going to tell me I didn't pay... don't freak out, just play along."

The place also looked like they hadn't cleaned since they came in to open for the morning. There was trash everywhere, the furniture was all over the place. And there were these three employees...just chatting about Fortnite, the Kardashians, or whatever these kids are into nowadays.

Look, I try to be fair, and I imagine that I just walked in at a bad time. Maybe they just got slammed and needed a breather. Who knows. What I do know is that this was well below average for the typical Starbucks experience, and there are enough stores in the area to not have to visit...

Visited this location between 4 and 5 pm because we had a basketball game in the area. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the sour look on the face of the short man behind the counter. No greeting, just turned his back. The lady, working the window, came over, took my order and she was very pleasant. However, the small guy prepared our drinks and continued to have a look of disgust. The young lady poured my coffee, brought it over to the pick up area and I thanked her. Little man finished the other drinks, placed them on the counter, in front of him, and walked away without saying a word. I had to ask the lady if they were, in fact, what I had ordered. The little guy was rude and, based on his behavior, likely a racist. The management of this location would do well to discipline the guy or fire him if he refuses to correct his behavior. I gave it two stars because the young lady was very nice and did a good job. The little guy is just that, little, he makes it a bad experience and is very...
