McDonald's — Restaurant in Montgomery

Monday night - Ok, I really thought Eastchase McDonalds could not possibly get any worse than it already has but I was wrong! Every item of our order for three people was completely wrong. Isn't the catsup supposed to be on the inside? And here we go again! Not only was the cheese not centered, the hamburger patty was halfway out of the bun and the cheese was only on a portion of that. The manager did not seem unhappy with the employees yet made it apparent she was not happy with me. On top of all that, nearly every employee and some of their friends were either in front of the registers or behind the registers with no other customer to wait on but me while I had to listen to conversation no customer should ever have to hear. All of this literally screamed to get a refund and never come back so, I did just that. OWNERS- If you can't hire managers worth the manure a bull drops in five minutes then, you shouldn't be in business! Now this is going to make some of you mad: Some of these people (employees) do not seem to comprehend how wages work much less the concept of a work ethic. You work hard without complaint for the job you agreed to do at the wage you agreed to do it or you should never count yourself worth any more than minimum wage! Time and effort is your bargaining chip if you want more, even with an education. And no, blaming a demographic for your current lot in life does not make you ignorant or naive. It just makes you look stupid! What I'm really angry about the most is that Google won't let me leave less...

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Their sweet tea often tastes rotten and they are clearly cooking their fries in rancid oil a lot of the time. Their burgers are thrown together such that the cheese is often melted half in the burger and half on the side of the burger. Last time I was there, my patty was burned. I'm not even sure how you burn a patty like that on a flat grill. It was like it was actually in a fire. They are also either relatively fast or extremely slow. There is no in-between. Yet, I get the feeling they think they are doing well. I waited 15 minutes once for a meal and when I saw that they had it, I went to the counter to get it. They told me I couldnt' have it and insisted on bringing it to my table which took them an additional minute or so to get someone to bring it out. Just stupid. They also said they had no toys for kids meals, but then when I opened my two kids' kids meals, there was a crappy book in one of them and nothing in the other. That's probably the absolute worst thing you could do - give one kid something and nothing to the other. Fortunately I noticed and removed it before they saw it. A Milo's just opened up very close to this McD's and a Krystal is opening across the street soon. Hopefully they see their sales fall drastically and do something about this crap restaurant. Horribly run. Every time we come here, there's a problem. No more. Waited once half an hour for egg McMuffin. Asked to pull over. Waited so long that I went in to inquire. After being ignored outside and then inside, decided to request refund. This took so long that by the time they figured it out, the McMuffin was finally ready. No apology. No free item. Nothing.

Went another time thru drive thru. Person at window dropped part of my change. She didn't offer to replace it. Instead, she said "it's only 2 pennies." Point blank. That was it. It actually was 6 cents which won't make or break a person, but it was my money. I told her how much it really was. She replied, well I can't open the drawer. Then she propped her chin on her hand as if to say that's it. She just looked at me. I said maybe u can't open the drawer, but I'm sure the manager can. Then she finally got the manager only after she asked me to show her how much change I had received. This was dumb bc if I were dishonest, I could have lied to her and gotten over like a fat cat. The manager gave my change.

Food tends to be subpar, even for fast food joint. Burger patties are dry. Saw one car wait at drive thru with no recognition. Realized that the same person who dropped my change was the same person who ignored the other driver.
