Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Montgomery

Pro:- A sweet young lady displayed professionalism and offered great customer service after her peer dropped the ball. Mgr took responsibility and stepped in like a leader with food prep Con:- Employee dropped tortillas on the ground ... stated "oh well ain't my money" picked them up , trashed them, opened a new batch and begin to make new orders until I asked if she intended to change gloves, wash her hands, and toss the now new ones out. She was livid and was very disrespectful in front of my children. 3 customers left and stated they didn't trust what she had been doing prior if she would do that in front of us and get so angry when asked to wash her hands. -She had 2 apple earbuds in on the line. Started with 1. Employee also behind the line handing tortillas and her cellphone Was allowed to stand by the register while I checked out and I do not feel safe that someone that lacks integrity would want to stand by the register while I swiped by card. She was also on her phone and could have been storing my information.

Again thanks to the employee that served my children and provided service with a smile. Professionalism goes a long way and my young girls were impressed with her not...

Just left from this location and my experience was terrible as a customer. I may not eat there again. I got my food and went to get a drink and I got Ice and taste tested their new prickly pear drink, HATED IT (too sweet and doesn’t taste like the bin was cleaned!) then i got strawberry lemonade, just about an ounce till i pulled my cup back to see a metal spiral in my drink. I asked the manager to check my drink so he poured it out in a bowl and ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING. so i picked it up and told him it’s metal in my drink. I COULD HAVE SWALLOWED AND DIED. all he did was give me another cup. NO APOLOGY, NO SYMPATHY = NO BUSINESS. i ended up getting frustrated due to the lack of customer service i received. so i requested a refund on the drink and he was not too happy to process it and i had to come out of pocket TWICE FOR MY FOOD because he didn’t do it correctly!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t even have to spend ALL BECAUSE THE METAL and his lack of sympathy. I will be calling...

To each their own. It just was the worst burrito I ever had sorry. Tasted very processed and no flavor. The salsa tasted just a chunky ketchup with fresh tomatoes. Im shocked its loved on this side of U.S. I see why Ive never heard of it before. God bless. Oh and the ppl who work there are miserable, maybe management needs to do better not sure because I was just noticing. Girl was slamming each tray she was wiping in front of everyone.
