MONG CHON — Restaurant in Montgomery

From the outside this place looks like just another un-assuming restaurant in a strip mall. The inside though was very welcoming with a very nice wait staff. There are cook tops at all the tables that I saw but I did not use one as I ordered the bulgogi. Came out on a steaming skillet with a good balance of meat and veggies. Of course there was kimchi and let me tell you, the cabbage kimchi... I've had a lot of it from tons of places and theirs is absolutely delicious! Not even exaggerating. I lked it so much I asked if they'd sell me a jar! The radish and cucumber were delicious as well. But that cabbage though... so good! Worth going...

Very disappointed in the food, from the old looking banchan to the bibimbap with gamey beef. Then I ordered a ginger ale which was completely forgotten as all the waitresses were distracted playing and kissing on my baby without any consent from us.

The staff completely didn’t wait on us, instead constantly visiting and touching our child. Then, we were forced to tip though we initially didn’t feel motivated to. Icing on the cake: $50 meal for 2 lunch plates.

We rushed out as all the waitresses gathered up at the register to continue playing with our baby, offering candy he was too young for.

OK SO YESTERDAY I WAS DRIVING TO MY STORAGE WHICH IS BEHIND THE BUILDING, AND I SAW 2 MEN THAT TOOK OUT THE TRASH AND PUT A STRAINER OVER IT AND STARTED WASHING A BUNCH OF LETTUCE WITH A GARDEN HOSE AND BY THE TRASHCAN OUTSIDE THATS SO DISGUSTING!!
