This morning I visited this location to do some work on my computer due to an internet outage in my neighborhood. I am a very infrequent visitor to Starbucks however this visit may have changed my mind to visit more frequently. In the process of ordering, I said I wanted a "tall" latte while thinking in my mind that was the large size. However, to my surprise it turned out to be the smallest cup. When I questioned the barista, he stated that size cup was a tall, did I really want a "venti"? At that moment I confessed to him that it was my error and I did say "tall" and not large. He was very nice and upgraded me to the venti size with no questions asked nor additional cost. He said he would rather have a happy customer. WOW! Read moreBeen here multiple times, unfortunately, most of the encounters have been negative. The two men that work here have terrible manners, meaning no manners. I would expect this in nyc, but not Montgomery, Tx. If the barista makes a drink incorrectly, the barista apologizes, they shouldn’t tell the customer “no worries” multiple times, like it’s the customers fault. It was on the order, the barista should hold some sort of responsibility- not shake it off like it’s the customers fault and shamelessly make the customer feel bad for paying for a drink they didn’t order.
