On several occasions Iāve visits at this particular location I have had some of the WORST experiences at this store and today took it to a whole new level. I arrived at 10:29 am and promptly ordered a breakfast sandwich. I was immediately told that I could not have a breakfast sandwich and that they stop serving at 1030am. I informed her that it had just turned 1030 and requested that she speak to a manager. She spoke to another person on the drive through line who granted me the opportunity to order a breakfast sandwich. She was obviously angry with that decision. I proceeded to order $26 of food. My food was delivered and I drove away. Once I retrieved my food I noticed that the sandwich was deliberately smashed and my drink had black hair hanging out of it. I called the manager (Sam most likely Samantha) and informed her of the situation. āSamā took great pleasure with this, giggling and humor in her voice throughout the phone call. I called her enjoyment out on the phone with her and that didnāt matter. Unfortunately there is a SERIOUS lack of leadership at this particular location as this is my 4th extremely negative experience at this location. I was able to contact Chick-fil-A Headquarters and file a formal complaint. They informed me that someone would contact me within 2 business days and I will follow up only if they do what they say their going to do. My opinion on this location is that the OWNER isnāt involved. I have taken time to read some of the other negative reviews and noticed that there has been NO response to those who made the reviews. BY FAR THE WORST FAST FOOD LOCATION I HAVE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSat in line for several minutes, nowhere near being able to view a menu, and then was asked my order immediately after expressing that I needed to see what was available before I could know what food to say. I order face to face (masks on) & confirmed 1 sandwich, 1 sandwich meal, & a meal salad. Paid with card in the driveway, they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said No & they still printed it out and then threw it away. Sat waiting behind vehicles while they were given their items separately (people were given food but not drinks? & Asked to pull up & wait more minutes). I was asked to do this as well, & looked in my bag to find the meal sandwich & fries were not there. They brought the drink out & I said my order is incomplete/ not correct & why. They asked for a sticker on my bag to see & there wasn't a sticker. Not sure why the customer has to be involved in this ? But there was one on the sandwich And then they told me I ordered wrong (they order on their mobile pad) & had to go back through the (very long now) line if I wanted it corrected - even though I already did that & ordered & confirmed face to face with a human eye contact to eye contact beforehand & they didn't get that simpleness right. In addition, the parking lot is really set up poorly for a new construction establishment and they're making silly mistakes at customers expenses. All team members spoken to were very polite, but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to be a loyal Chic-fila customer, but sadly, the quality of service has taken a nosedive over the years. It's become painfully obvious that as more and more youth are hired, the attention to detail has all but disappeared. They all suffer from tic-tok brain and brain rot and can barely hold attention long enough to read an order. Iāve ordered delivery three times recently, and each time, something crucial was missing from my order. You'd think after paying for delivery and tipping generously, the least they could do is get the order rightābut apparently, thatās too much to ask these days.
What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability when things go wrong. When entire meals are missing, instead of fixing the problem, they suggest I come to the store to pick it up myself. Are you kidding me? That completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place! Iām paying extra for the convenience of not having to leave my home, and they still manage to mess it up.
Times have certainly changed, and not for the better. Gone are the days when people took pride in their work. Now it feels like no one cares about providing good service anymore. Chic-fila has really let me down, and unless they make some serious improvements, Iāll be taking my business elsewhere. If you value your money and your time, I suggest you...
