This location hasn't been the same since Cody left. He was a good manager & made me & my family laugh. Now it's just filled with highschoolers playing around. I would go every sunday morning & got confused when I suddenly stopped seeing cody. I asked a employee & turns out he quit because he was tired of doing all the work in the store. Update: The store has regained some of it's previous glory. Caleb the new manager is great and is very helpful. Me and my family came in right at opening time and he greeted us and hopped on the grill to help the food get out quicker. He definitely deserves a eaise or promotion. You can tell he cares about the store unlike the others. Will update soon Update #2 I went to this location again this previous Sunday. And let me say Caleb was doing such a fantastic job! He was on the grill and doing the line and online order. All at once!! The food tasted great and Caleb made me and my family feel welcome. Read moreWe are done with this place. This has happened too many times & we have given them too many chances. Last straw! We ordered multiple bowls online, no labels for who's meal is who's. Not good for people with food allergies. The bowls were barely Half Full. Can't call the store direct, you are always routed back to corporate. Tried to chat online with corporate, we were disconnected multiple times. Drove to the store the next day only to find Caleb (MOD) who knows nothing & blames everything on corporate, yet corporate doesn't fill? the bowls or not put name labels on them. The employees could just write with a Sharpie, who's food is in which bowl. Caleb referred me to the General Manager Elmer Portillo. He won't call back & leaves his mailbox full so you can't leave a message. Caleb said he would have Elmer contact us. Still waiting Elmer!! The bowl identification problem is always blamed on the "broken label printer." This type of "business" has been going on too long & we have given them too many chances. Read moreThis Montgomery Chipotle location is the WORST. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations and was excited when one was opening close to home. I've given this place multiple chances and have stopped going for months at a time due to horrible customer service, disgusting food, ridiculously small portion sizes compared to price, dirty restaurant etc.. When I would crave Chipotle I would drive to the Conroe location. In the last month I have given the Montgomery location another try a few times and was disappointed. The Carne Asada was GROSS - had to spit it out and throw it away. Next I got steak and it was so thin and tasted like cheap/fake meat. I won't even touch the chicken. The management at this location does not care about making things right. I was craving it today and picked it up from the Conroe location on my way home. There were 15 people in front of me in line at that location - that should tell you something. Everyone was friendly, dining room was inviting and clean, food was fresh and tasted amazing.
