I really don't like to post negative reviews but here is one! I have only been to this Kroger Starbucks storefront location twice before as I prefer a drive thru. The first two times my drink was good (but it was a different employee who served me). I always get a grande, white hot mocha, 4-1/2 pumps of syrup with no whipped cream. I like whipped cream but I only receive about 3/4 of the drink when they add it so I leave it off. Today I was in the store already so I decided grab a coffee on my way out. These coffees are not cheap and when I tip a dollar on top of the $5.24, I expect a nice, full and tasty cup of coffee! I was greeted with no smile, received no "thanks" for the tip and was handed a coffee that felt a little on the light side. I figured it was about 3/4 full and my inner self kept telling me to check it before I left but I was in a hurry. I live just a few miles from the store so when I got home I pulled off the lid, scooped the froth out and what was left was 1/2 of the cup of coffee without me drinking any of it! I kid you not, I posted a photo of it. I had to add 3/4 cup of hot milk in order to drink it. It is a 16 oz. cup. Maybe she, the barista, was having an off day but $6.24 is way too much to pay for about 8 oz. of coffee (or even 16 oz). There is another Starbuck's by the lake that I used to go to but I consistently received weak tasting coffee from there so I avoid that location. If I want a decent coffee I have to drive about 10 miles from my house to one of two other locations. They haven't disappointed me.....yet! I doubt I will go back to the storefront location but if I do and my cup feels light, you can bet I will take the time to pull off the lid and have it filled up like it should have been in the...

I walked up to the counter and was never greeted first of all, Secondly I had to ask if I could please place my order and one of the two young girls holds her hand up and says hold on. Neither of them were helping other customers they both were cleaning up so they could leave early as one girl stated. I then said ma’am I need to add money to my rewards Gold card and place an order. Once I placed my order neither could remember how to make a Carmel mocha with coconut milk and 3 hot chocolates. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!! I got a nasty black coffee with coconut milk!!!! Didn’t know my drink was messed up until I was 15 minutes away from the store. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION...
Read moreMost of the staff is amazing!!!! Some are just not very sure of what they are doing, luckily there seem to only be 1 or 2 of those around. However I was told by 1 of the staff members that happy hour does not apply to "kiosk" Starbucks, only to the actual stores. The closest to me is at least 45 min away and the one in the grocery store "the kiosk" is only 15 min away from my house. So how can I partake on happy hour if this is only limited to stores???
