My sandwich was delicious! I will definitely be back! The guy that served me was new but he did a good job! We’ve all had our first jobs :) The reason I gave my review 4 stars instead of 5 is because a lot of the tables weren’t wiped even though they had plenty of staff. There was a tub of dishes full, ready to be washed also. Maybe they were busy training people, who knows. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Also just a suggestion because maybe I’m more earth conscious than others.. but since you provide plates, maybe provide cups for dine in customers? I just don’t agree with the single use plastics but...

My friend and her husband went to eat at this restaurant and were treated completely inappropriate and with disrespect because he was in Law Enforcement. Unbelievable that Heidi’s would allow their employees to act in such a disrespectful and horrible way. We will not go back to support your business at all. And we will make sure that others don’t either. Our law enforcement deserve to be respected, admired, and treated without hostility. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Food and atmosphere is good! I asked for my Ruben bread to be toasted and it wasn't. No biggie. Observation, not a germ-a-phobe, but because I have worked both in the food industry and in healthcare. Staff comes out to deliver our food with their gloves on, watched them touch the door and everything else in the dining area and going back behind the counter where our food is made. Couldn't see if they changed their gloves or washed their hands before making the next order. I saw a couple of the same team members go back and forth pretty quickly so I am...
