I moved from Farmington NM and thought I was leaving behind my favorite Mexican food-Taco de lengua (cow tongue tacos) but I was so wrong. Stopped by this food truck and they have it!! And let me tell u it's so delicious!! I stop by as often as I can to get it now and it saves me a trip back home!! I highly recommend everyone stopping by and trying their food out!! U won't be disappointed at all. Prices aren't bad at all the staff that work the truck are so...

Honestly, great flavor in the food. I had the Carne Asada Torta. Bread way great, fresh veggies, asada had good flavor as well. The only issue I had with the Torta was very little meat, I'm also not used to cheese on my Torta and the cheese completely overpowered the flavor of everything. Overall, I'm happy and will be back to try another item...
