EONS — Restaurant in Montvale

Don't like eating here on the weekend. Saturday or Sunday. The food is okay. But the girls who work there. Have no social skills. Would it kill you the smile! You're supposed to make me feel good eating. I like going to this location when it's during the week sometimes. They are so nice to me during the week. Quick and nice. But the weekend so slow and just not good at talking. It's like a chore to serve. If you don't want to work in food, dont work at all. And during the last 2 days it’s so slow. Like how slow can they go. It’s during my break and I only have so much time. So when you just stand there and look at me like a deer in headlights why even serve me. The last few days have been terrible! I would rather just go somewhere else if i am going to be looked past. Don’t get me started on how much they gave me. I was given less than I usually do. I pay for a $15 meal i expect my bowl to look like it’s filled. It’s like the Customer satisfaction and amount given, are not even made aware. I come to be filled. That’s why I like it. Service and food has been generally good and I get food from there regularly. Went to Eons on Friday 1/15/21 for takeout and when I came home, there was a long blond hair in the food. The female server was not wearing a hair net and was standing over the food while my extra portion of octopus was being prepared. As I was eating, I felt the hair in my mouth and I threw the food away immediately. I called Eons on Saturday to inform the manager of the incident. He was busy and not receptive to my concern about finding hair in my food. I wasn’t looking for a refund, but merely to advise him that it was unsanitary and unsatisfactory. I'm leaving one star because this place makes up different closing times. I was there yesterday at 740 and the doors were locked. 3 other customers went up to thr door after me. The hours on the storefront window says they're open until 9 on Sunday. The google search says 8pm. The store decides they will close at 740 or probably even before that. I know for a fact they didn't run out of food because I was there about 15 minutes before and returned to pick up a bowl for my kid that was still at work so she would have something to eat when she got home.
