Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montville

Please do not order any baked goods from this place today September 5th I went inside and I ordered two cheddar Bagel twists and ask Ed that just one be heated up when I got home I noticed the cheese looked really dark brown however I do like overcooked things , but weirdly the bread was basically Raw on both pieces of bread which I only noticed when I took a bite and worst of all it tasted like bad bacon. I don't know if they're not washing their hands I don't know if they mix the cheese with the other Foods on accident or maybe it was just so old I don't know what it was but both the one that was heated up and the one that I got as is should not have been given to someone for consumption and the sad part is that two employees checked my food because I was standing closer to the straws but I watched one employee put the bag in the pickup area as I went inside to order and then I thought it was funny as the other employee realized and grabbed it and then put the second one in there if you work there and you're reading this please wash your hands and don't follow through with anything that you wouldn't...

This review is specifically about the night staff at this location. While I sit dead in my car again for the umpteenth time picking up a dash order. It took me 15 minutes to get here, a few to use the restroom, no customers in sight, I get to the order pick up and the receipt is still sitting on the printer. I ripped it off myself, sent a picture to the customer, and apologized to them that this location gives zero you- know- what's about doing their job. Many nights I've headed this way with plenty of time to get a simple coffee ready, but they're outside smoking with the adjacent convenient store clerk. When I tore off the receipt the blonde older woman with braids came huffing over, I haven't started that yet! Yes, I can definitely see that, I respond. She starts to ramble her excuses, annoyed at the size of the order. It's. Your. Job. She nips at me it will take a long time. Perfect, I think. Today is Veterans Day, 12 other Dunkin' Donuts in the area we're glad to give me a free Donut. I rode my bike in the cold to all of them. But not this one, they didn't even have the sheet with all the coupons next to the register like all the other ones so obviously they have no plans to hand out Donuts to veterans. The owner, and management should be ashamed of themselves, don't worry when it's busy and I see the line out to the road I will take my bike and block your drive-thru. And when people ask I'll say this establishment does not support veterans please take your business elsewhere and I won't leave until the owner donates to Veterans charity.

I have fought and I have friends who have dies for your rights. And you are the only dunkin in the USA that didn't want to give a donut to a veteran.

The lady at the counter said we were giving out free donuts yesterday they should have been handing out crayons to eat, as that's the Marine...
