Angelia's Pizza — Restaurant in Moon Township

I have a mixed review. I decided to try them out since I can order online and it will deliver to my office. Two big bonuses for me since I am so busy that I very rarely leave for lunch. I ordered the lunch special of a grilled chicken salad with a drink and also ordered a side of fries. It took about an hour for my order to arrive. That is not a big deal. It is around 2pm so they are probably busy for lunch still. My order arrives. I take the bag into my office and open it. No drink. Now if I am just rating the quality of food it is pretty good. I love that the tomatoes in the salad were diced. I wasn't mad that the drink was missing. It happens. People make mistakes. I called the location and let them know who I was and that I had just received my order but my drink was missing. I could hear the gentleman on the other end do a kind of mixed grumble/sigh. Not sure if it was because he was having a bad day or I was annoying him. He just said "Ok, fine we will get it out" and hung up. No apologies, no nothing. Ok, whatever. That was all right around 3. At 4:05 I finally received my drink. So if I am rating the food. I would give it 4 stars. It was good. If I am rating the quality of service and respect received when a customer calls then it is a 0. I have worked in food service. I wasn't mad, I just wanted to let them know so I could get my drink. Instead I receive a curt response, am hung up on and have to wait another hour to get my drink. I will not order from there again. I don't care how good the food is, if the employees are miserable and rude it destroys everything else. The owners really need to rethink who they have working there, and especially who they have...

I will never order from this place again. I made an online order and PAID for it online.. My Husband goes in store and was told to pay, so he PAID for it again not realizing that the ONLINE order was PAID.

I called the store to get resolved, the ignorant manager tells me "That's how our online orders work and there's nothing she can do about it, we are aware of the PROBLEM" I then asked to speak with a manager - she tell me I AM THE MANAGER. I asked what can be done about it because this is now over $100 that we've paid by being charged 2x, she told me to wait for the pending transaction to come off and there is nothing she can do about it again. Very hostile, unbothered as if the money we spent means nothing.

She again expressed to me there's nothing she can do about it AFTER spending the 1st 10 minutes telling me we hadnt paid twice.. I advised yes you could have, 1st been empathetic to the KNOWN issue. Offering some sort of incentives for the inconvenience. She had the NERVE to ask if I'm looking for FREE FOOD....... WE had plenty of BETTER options IF we wanted free food.. I will never patronize this place ever again after doing so for the last 8/9 years. Such an insulting remark to make, FREE...

I recently visited Angelia's Pizzeria. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a few notable highlights.

The pizzas at Angelia's are undeniably delicious. I particularly enjoyed the large white pizza and the flavors it offered. The combination of toppings and the crust's texture created a satisfying and flavorful bite.

However, I must mention that I was disappointed when I ordered the large Margherita Pizza. I had expected a traditional Margherita Pizza, with its distinct combination of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil. Unfortunately, what I received was another white pizza with tomatoes and Italian seasoning. While this alternative white pizza was still tasty, it deviated from the classic Margherita Pizza I had anticipated.

Despite the miscommunication regarding the Margherita Pizza, Angelia's Pizzeria delivered on taste and quality.

I would recommend Angelia's Pizzeria for their flavorful pizzas, but it's worth clarifying your expectations when ordering specific varieties. The other menu options and the overall quality of their offerings make it a worthwhile destination for pizza enthusiasts.
