Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe — Restaurant in Moon Township

The woman taking orders was incredibly friendly and nice she’s the only one there who was. The two men behind the counter seriously need an attitude check. I was standing in line waiting to order and a woman in a wheelchair went up -to the counter- where you wait to pickup food. Nowhere near the door. She said nothing, yet after a couple minutes one of the workers huffed past me sighing dramatically and went over to open the front door. Again - she was nowhere near the door and didn’t ask anyone to open it for her. The man who let her out again sighed dramatically as he passed me and mumbled something to another worker. That worker (who was leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing and wasn’t even the one to go open the door) then pointed at me and the other people in line and said to him “I don’t understand why no one ever sees her. So rude” maybe no one ever sees her because she wasn’t anywhere near the door and didn’t ask anyone to let her out nor give any indication she was trying to leave. I shouldn’t be pointed at and insulted for being unable to read someone’s mind. Fix...

’ve been coming to this location for years since the “original “ Brighton hot dog shop closed. I see why the rating is so low now. The customer service is horrible. Tonight they sprinkled my fries with cheese& chili like it was ketchup. I asked if they could add a little more because I know the amount that is usually on their, “Manager # 2” is what he advised me to call him, refused to give me a name altogether. I than requested a refund, he told me no, he didn’t have to. Now, I know if the customer is not satisfied, which I clearly advised, and asked for my money back and he refused to give me a refund. I was advised to talk to manager #1 in the morning. So today is 1/11/21 @ 8:37 pm. This may be updated tomorrow, but after the blatant disrespect and denying me of my refund, I will NEVER SPEND A PENNY HERE EVER AGAIN! I will be adding pictures...

This place is incredibly average... Not bad, not great, just average... Service was extremely underwhelming, I felt as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer, but the food was out in a timely manner, so props for that. The atmosphere was bland and uninviting, imagine a closed down subway with a few wal-mart "art" pieces strewn across the walls. The condition of the store was average as well, not dirty, but definitely not clean. Just sort of cluttered. The food was decent, good prices, so it has that going for it. The chili cheese dogs could definitely use more cheese, there was barely any there. Maybe all this negativity stems from the fact that I have been spoiled all my life by having THE Hot Dog Shoppe in Warren, Ohio just a stones throw away from my house, but what what else should I expect, ...
