Wingstop — Restaurant in Moon Township

Tired of getting dried out wings because they half cook them in advance to avoid work and then leave them hang over the fryers in baskets.to dry out. Someone needs to get the health department in there. People are gonna get sick. I love the chain, but this location does not care about consistent quality food. The fries are either undercooked, green, or twice cooked and dried out. Seasoning in this place ranges from non at all, to sodium heart attack range too the point that you can't even eat them. The boneless wings, range from tiny to large. One day you get big juicy boneless wings, another you get old dried erasers and rock hard breading. I've already seen the baskets full of half cooked wings on multiple occasions, yet I continue to order and complain if I'm still in the restaurant. Alot of the time, I come home, open the bag, and I'm just discussed with the money I spent. Been doing it since 94? Flavor experts? Not quite at this location. Some days there is barely any seasoning at all, other days there is so much dry rub that they look like orange crystals instead of wings. At that point, you can't enjoy them. I had the manager replace an order for me. Apparently, it wasn't in his interest to make sure my order MADE RIGHT THIS TIME... and I got another dried out chicken order, from precooked baskets, as he was too busy on a personal phone call. I give up. I guess it's time to give this place a break. I won't be missed, as Robert Morris is right across the street. So, they will continue to get business until someone gets...

I saw that they had wings on the menu so I ordered wings. I got garlic parm wings. I do not discriminate between drums and flats, but I do separate them on napkins and name them before I eat them. I named one of the drums William. I received a nearly equal about of both drums and flats as well, which made me smile so aggressively that it may have looked like I was angry. Thankfully I was alone. I enjoyed every bite of my wings and wished I had ordered more, but the aftermath of garlic burps was rather outrageous. After every burp, the smell of garlic would linger 3 feet in front of my face for at least 25 seconds. I wanted to see what would happen if I burped in my cat's face and he temporarily lost consciousness. He is okay though. Also, the Cajun corn was incredible but it got stuck in my teeth so I dug the corn remnants out of them and made a small...

This place is relatively new so some of the reviews are a little harsh. I've been ordering from here fairly regularly since they opened and the only issues I've ever really had was with the doordash driver not bringing the drinks and the fries being underdone. Anytime they've forgotten stuff, I've reached out to customer service and they have refunded the difference fairly quickly. These guys make really good, very crunchy chicken fingers. I personally haven't tried many other things, my partner got hot wings and a sandwich once and said they were both really good. I like it when I find a place that can properly fry chicken and this place has their timing right. The seasoning on their fries is really tasty too, I don't know what it is but I wish they sold it separately 😋 Thanks for the awesome chicken guys!...
