Wasnt that good. Service was incredible but both the burgers were cold the cheese wasn't even folding over the the burger cold. The tacos are a great deal and you figure no one can make a bad taco but they pulled it off. Looked like it got put in the microwave and when I say two little shreds of cheese and one piece of lettuce I mean just that. Only noticed cause I used the salsa packet. You cold tell the meat was in the shell before it was cooked. When you look at the picture they advertise it came as a huge disappointment because again who can manage to mess up a taco. Like i saud though the high point of the visit was the one girl working who managed the register worked the fryers and attempted to make the food all the while the window worker told her she was killing it. Usually food handlers dont touch the money then the food but owell I probably wouldnt have been happy at all if she hadn't took it upon herself to get my food. Oh also I believe she went above and beyond because what looked the the big cheese manager was on his laptop in the dining room and later walked into the kitchen as she was getting done with her shift. I ordered a medium drink at the drive thru and when I finished the drink and opened the lid to dump the ice I found out they filled a small cup and put it inside the Medium cup? So I only got a smaller size drink for the cost of a larger size. This is the weirdest cost cutting choice I've seen. I swear I did NOT set up the picture.
Today was the FOURTH time I ordered drive thru only to get home and realize I'm missing an item I paid for.
One could argue that I SHOULD check every time to make sure I have everything, but I feel the restaurant also SHOULD have all of my food I bought in the bag they hand to me.
All four times I made another full round trip to get my item. Not only did management never try to "make up" for me wasting my time and gas via a larger size, cookie, or literally anything but not ONCE did management even apologize that the item was forgotten.
Non-management that works there is super friendly and great. The food is also always made top notch. But I think I'll stick to places with drive thru that give me everything I pay for...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and placed my order, as you would. Got my meal. Pulled into a parking spot to check to make sure it was right. They got the sandwich wrong. Which does happen. I went in to get the correct one. When I got to the counter and told the employee that I received the wrong sandwich. She did say she ok and would get me the right one, but the way she said it, made me feel like it was my fault. When the other employee in the back that made the new one threw it in the rack in a manor that showed she was upset for making it and while she did that she was eating fries out of the are where they scoop the fries up and put them in the frie container. All in all the whole process of me getting the right sandwich was met with attitude. Will most likely never stop at that...
