Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Moon Township

We Phoenix Constuction and Management Services, Inc were hired by this Jimmy John's Franchisee to renovate and build this store located at 846 Beaver Grade Road. Despite completing the work to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe, we have not received our final payment for our services. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue amicably, but unfortunately, we have not been successful. Josh Courtney who is one of their representatives has been hostile and disrespectful not only to us at Phoenix Services, but also to all the local contractors that worked on this project. We hope this review encourages the team of Mike Boldrick, Joshua Courtney, Joey and Rob Grassale to fulfill their payment obligations and helps other contractors be cautious when considering performing any future work for them. This non-payment also should be of great concern to Jimmy John's corporate to protect their reputation as well.

This is the 4th time I’ve been turned away because they’re closed. Yet Google says they close at 2200. I get off at 2100 and each time I’ve tried to come here around 2130 and I’m told they are closed. All the lights were off again tonight as well at 2135. Either adjust your hours to show the correct time OR stop closing early....
