I would strongly advise others to avoid the trouble associated with this location and instead use the Rita’s located at the Moorestown Mall. I have run into numerous issues on multiple occasions over the past few weeks at this location due to lack of training and poor customer service. Today, I was overcharged by for multiple items I purchased by staff members DJ and Gabby. I ordered two small misto shakes, a large misto shake, and a small water ice but was incorrectly overcharged $1.40 extra on the two small beverages and nearly 0.75 cents higher on the large beverage, the staff ringing all the beverages up as concretes which were priced significantly higher. On top of that, I was asked at least 5 times by staff to repeat my order which was quite frankly ridiculous seeing there was a notepad sitting in the window. Upon looking at my receipt and seeing that I was overcharged, I informed the Gabby of such. She apologized and stated that the boy she was working alongside, DJ, told her to ring up my items simply as concretes then proceeded to ask me again what I ordered. I empathize with the staff, as they do appear to be sweet individuals but the repeated issues that occur are unacceptable and disappointing, I will not be returning again.

NOPE I may NOT have spelled her name correctly 😳🥺 because I didn’t want to hold up her line 😳🤫😱😂 BUT, do want to RECOGNIZE this young lady for “Lady T’s” AMAZING Customer Service and, friendly service with a “BIG” smile!!🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!! KUDOS young lady and Rita’s for earning mg 5-Star Google’s Map Review tonight 🤗🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!!! AWESOME JOB Lady “T”!!! NOPE!!! I am not a Rita’s fan because they ALWAYS have long lines but I WOULD wait in any Rita’s line for “Lady T’s” AMAZING Customer Service 😳🤫🤫🤗🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!!🤗🤗😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 KUDOS “Lady T” and Rita’s on a job well done!!

I would give 5 stars if they still had the blueberry flavor water ice. For some God forsaken reason they have discontinued that particular, and in my humble opinion, most delicious flavor. The blue raspberry is no substitute. I will say they do have a lot of different variations of water ice/custard mixtures. There is usually a line with a small wait, but it usually moves realitively quick. Wild black cherry is my new go to flavor... Please don't discontinue that one.
