As a regular patron of Clean Juice, I was absolutely astonished by the staff during my latest visit. Typically, I don’t feel the need to write reviews for places I frequent, but the exceptional professionalism and attitude of one employee forced me to rethink that stance entirely. This employee, Dakota, truly redefined what it means to be empathetic in the most genuine way possible.
I went in feeling a little daring, ready to break free from my usual Berry Bowl—Açai blended with Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, Honey, and Almond Milk, topped with frozen blueberries (a real rebel move). And that’s when Dakota, with his infinite wisdom of Clean Juice’s menu, introduced me to something I never would’ve dreamed of trying on my own: The Protein Toast. A dish I would have never, ever thought to consider—until Dakota’s enthusiastic, yet utterly indifferent explanation of what it could do for my body. Who knew toast could be life-changing?
His passion for detailing the benefits of this new menu item made me see beyond just food. It became clear: The Protein Toast was not just a snack, it was a transformative journey. It promised not only to nourish my body, but to provide a spiritual awakening that I never knew I was craving. If only the world had more employees like Dakota, perhaps we would all have a little more meaning in our lives—and our lunches.
I walked away not only fully satisfied in my hunger but also profoundly fulfilled on a deeper level. If Clean Juice continues to employ people like Dakota, it’s safe to say this place is destined for greatness. I’ll certainly keep coming back as long as I’m fortunate enough to experience the spiritual guidance of this exceptional individual.

Read moreI ordered the beginner cleanse online and scheduled it for pickup. I arrived and they greeted me. Then I was asked am I picking up. I said yes and gave her my name. She then goes on to state that there aren't any more orders to be picked up, as she already completed the online orders. So I showed her the email that has the date and time of the order. Then she continues to state that she completed all orders and names the customers. Then she finally asks what I ordered (which would've been the most efficient and professional thing to do to begin with instead of telling me about other people's orders being completed etc)... So I told her I ordered the beginners cleanse. She then points me to the cooler (not the one marked for pickup items). So I asked if I needed to put it together (the cooler contained individual bottles), she then states "no I already put it together that should be yours." So I go into the cooler my order is packaged at the bottom. So I finally was able to get my order after standing there being told there weren't any other orders etc. This is unfortunately the closest Clean Juice to me, however, poor customer service definitely takes away the convenience. I will try another location.

Read moreI’m giving two stars because the staff was very nice. However, if you are a cash user like me, they will turn away your business. They don’t accept cash, which is all I use due to so much fraud happening from restaurants and retail on my cards in the past. It drove me to find another smoothie shop nearby, which also has smoothies/smoothie bowls/juices with a better atmosphere, and they do accept cash, which is great! But not having options for payment was inconvenient here at Clean Juice and put me off from every trying them again.
Editing to add: Efficiency wouldn’t have been an issue here, as I was the only one inside. All you’re doing is just creating an inconvenience for your customers that use cash, and also eliminating a demographic that might not even be able to get a bank account.
