I enjoy Fearless because of the cost and it is not as crowded. I had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was okay. Her and her friends enjoyed it. But for $600 I was not overly impressed. The pizza was not good at all. I could’ve brought in much better pizza for $21 per pizza. The little pucker tubes are tiny for the VIP package. I’d advise anyone who wants to do a party to just book the hour and pay for kids separately. You will get more bang for your buck to just take kids to eat afterwards. There were restrictions of what you could bring and what you could not bring. The party host was young and he tried hard but he just seemed naturally uncomfortable around our group. They wanted us to offer a tip and I left a small one but honestly, I was not impressed with the service. I just chalked it up to him being young. Again, my kid enjoyed it but I wouldn’t host another party here based on the quality of things included in the VIP package. So not worth it. Will be back for regular...
Read moreMy son has moderate autism, mostly nonverbal and we have been coming here for years. Over time they have changed the system from stickers to stamps to now bracelets. I understand adapting and growing as a business, however. I do not understand as to why I need to PAY for a non-jump pass as it has been free previously. I tried to explain that I have to follow my son because of his disabilityt. I had to purchase socks to go follow him around which is FINE however making me pay for a wristband to make sure my special needs son doesn't get hurt from the other children, or yelled at by the employees because he's NON VERBAL is absolutely insane. Which I'm not reaching, it's happened at this location in the past. I was told that everyone has to pay now because people took advantage, but I need the owners to understand that I wouldn't need a wristband if my son wasn't disabled. There needs to be an exception to this rule because I know I'm not the only parent of a special needs child who...
Read moreIt was our first time yesterday and seemed to be a great place. My 4 yo(almost 5) had fun. The only thing that concerned me was: there was so much staff with so many youngsters. I know there were couple of them keeping an eye from the top but other than that there was no one to help kiddos for some of the activities. I am not sure if staff is supposed to do that but I saw atleast 5 of them at cash register while there was absolutely no line. My point is if you have so much staff..I am sure they are appointed for a reason. I had to get down for each of the activity for my son. Edited to add after owner's response: Thank you so much for such a long response but your staff wasnt present at trepeze or other stunt places. You can have as much staff as you like. It's good to be over staffed rather than under staffed. Point is they were not present where they should have been. And I am not talking about small trampolines or running trampolines. Anyway we enjoyed our...
