First time stopping by, as I had time to spare and wanted to try a new coffee shop; I would normally swing through a local drive through (not a “Starbucks girly” here). There was only one barista running the entire store on a Sunday morning at 9am. I ordered 3 standard menu drinks (honey cinnamon latte, vanilla latte and an iced strawberry matcha) to-go for my friends and I after waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes. I was leaving shortly after 10am. My honey cinnamon latte was just okay.
There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside. Opportunity to have real plants vs the faux ivy, but that’s just personal preference.
The barista was exceptionally nice and apologetic for the wait. She handled the pressure politely and professionally. I genuinely felt so bad that she was the only one on staff for the morning.
Recommend that the owners either make the process more efficient (larger espresso machine, automatic coffee grounds dispenser, shut off online orders when the walk-in business is busy, etc.) and ensure that weekends have good coverage. The prices are competitive to other shops that...
Read moreCoffee Republic in Morrisville is a hidden gem that’s quickly become one of my favorite spots. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the cool, modern interior—it’s got a relaxed, inviting vibe with thoughtful design touches that make it feel unique and comfortable.
The space is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of seating for individuals, small groups, or even casual work meetings. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or planning to camp out for a bit with your laptop, there's always a good spot to settle in.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and are happy to answer questions or make recommendations. That kind of warm service makes a big difference.
And of course—the coffee is great. Smooth, rich, and well-crafted every time. Whether you're into lattes, cold brews, or just a classic cup of drip, they do it right.
If you’re in the Morrisville area and looking for a place to relax, catch up on work, or just enjoy a good cup of coffee, Coffee Republic is definitely worth...
Read moreVery sad visit today . How is it fair to charge $1.35 for alternative milk then only get a splash of it ? Then when you ask for more you get an attitude and they give you a tiny shot like it would just fill a small dropper . Then on my other coffee I order a latte and I am handed the cup with everything just dumped in a cup . Nothing stirred or anything . Looks more like a macchiato. Then the cold brew I ordered ( the one with the very expensive droplet of oat milk ) was missing the flavor so I ask the girl to add a shot of the vanilla and she snapped at said “ it’s in there “ sorry high school girl it’s not . I currently work in the Coffee business now the last 14 years I know when a coffee is missing something . I came here to support the local shop in this area but will not be back. And on top of that how do you run out of 90 % of your breakfast items before 10:00AM ? Poor...
