I have some problems when you give a tip it’s split among the entire group so for instants I had a woman who I ordered an alcoholic beverage from it was the orange cream drink no one thinks of orange cream they automatically think of ice cream and it’s really yummy and sweet well the oranges they made it with were sour and so the drink was absolutely horrible I had to add sugar to it to even be able to drink it and they said no refunds no turn backs OK the policy wasn’t very large and it was on the other side of the page from where the drink I ordered was that the waitress however was kind of snippy with me and just matter fact sorry tough tough you know so then she disappeared and never came back to my table and sent a different girl when it came time to tip the second waitress had been so amazing but I ask her do you get all the stuff and she said I have to share it with everybody I said just the people who waited on me or everybody she said with everybody so they do not allow you to reward good service at this restaurant. If that sort of thing means anything to you on the other hand the item I ordered which is in my photos was amazing very much loved it I recommend it entirely.

Went back today and tried the omelet! ...

We are really fortunate to be able to eat out very often. This morning I wanted to treat my 2 girls for breakfast after their swim class. Took them to FT. Ordered an egg and bacon of the kids menu for each of the girls and a ham and cheese omelette for me. I had coffee and the girls each a chocolate milk. I told the server to bring instead of a full egg, just the egg white of the egg for the girls. As our children don't like the yolk that much. The server arrived with our food, put it on the table without eye contact and came back a minute later without saying a word to drop the bill in the table. The girls have ach only received the white of 1 egg and 2 strips bacon. I was charged $5,99 each for their meals plus $1,99 each because I only wanted egg whites, plus $2,29 for each chocolate milk plus tax. I complaint to the owner about the price of the kiddies meals which added to a total of $20,54 plus tax. I was told it was because I didn't want the yolk. So they keep the yolk and charge me more? The yolk was no more than the yolk of 1 egg's worth. We have enjoyed breakfast/ lunch, often at Toast, Sun up cafe and IHOP. Much more affordable, with kiddies meals approx $3,99 each. And much better and...

The greatest experience I've had in a long time The new employee Joseph he was extraordinary one of the nicest men that me and my mother have encountered in a long time He's really going to fit in the Carolinas I brought my mother all the way up to the toastery from Columbia South Carolina I moved away from Mooresville 4 years ago so I knew where to bring her in a nice setting that was her first time eating there she has had the shingles in her head for 2 months and it has taken a life out of her this is the first time she's been out of the house and quite some time because she has been so sick at 82 years old she didn't have the strength to come in the inside so we ate on the patio and every employee there took the time out to make sure that we were most comfortable I will be telling everybody that I know what a pleasant lunch that we had at the toastery in Mooresville and we will be back and we're going to make it known I can't wait to see Joseph again I told him I would be doing a review here it is if I could have given 10 stars I would have and I have never said that about...

Came to the famous toastery after searching for some HUEVOS RANCHEROS. Not to many places offer this dish so I was excited. When I got there they said it would be a 15 min wait even though I saw many empty seats. I guess they were trying to accommodate the bigger parties (I was alone). I decided to sit outside since there would be no wait. Server was friendly. Food came out fast. It was ok. canned beans canned jalapenos (fresh would make a huge difference). They forgot my tortilla strips which for anyone that eats HUEVOS RANCHEROS knows is a key ingredient so I ate half my dish incomplete. After I finished I waited ten min for my bill then walked inside and paid. It was ok. Service started off good then failed. Food came out fast and looked great but lacked real flavor. Just another average breakfast spot.

I had the absolute best experience today for lunch. First, the food was delicious. The shrimp and grits were creamy, the shrimp perfectly cooked and the flavor was spot on. Very good portion size and went perfectly with my sweet tea. Second, the service. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but unfortunately I can’t. But what I will remember is the pleasant cashier whose husband was from Reading, PA area; the waiter (young man with glasses) who once traveled to PA for work; and my most favorite, the best waitress from Long Island who made me feel like a friend. She was attentive, pleasant, personable and just a great overall waitress. The food was served quickly, I did not feel rushed and enjoyed my whole experience. I will definitely be back when I’m in town again! 😀

Come hungry because not only is the food delicious, but the portions large. We ordered the breakfast bowl, eggs Benedict, and kids French toast. Our toddler usually doesn’t eat more than a couple bites, but he nearly finished his plate. The French toast was bursting with flavor and didn’t even need syrup or fruit. I added a side of avocado for my breakfast bowl and it was *chef’s kiss* perfect. Tons of large fluffy red skin potatoes with some type of savory seasoning that went great with the sausage gravy that was a real southern style breakfast gravy. Our servers were extremely attentive and so kind to our toddler. They even brought seconds of the strawberries and blueberries he devoured. The complimentary weekend cornbread was nice and sweet too but not too sweet.
