I’ve been a long time customer of the Cornelius location. I’ve always been very pleased with their level of service, selection and quality of meals. Because I live in Davidson, half way between Cornelius and Mooresville, I decided to give the Mooresville location a try. Upon entering no one greeted me and the employee working the register said nothing to me other than my total. When I got home I opened my first meal to a half portion of what the Cornelius location provides. I emailed the Mooresville location to notify them and received no response. Poor service!
Edit: Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate your response. At this point I prefer to stick to Cornelius. Let me take the time to just recognize the Cornelius location and how wonderful they are. The wonderful ladies there go WAY above and beyond (even during COVID and the stressful times) which is not what I experienced in Mooresville. Maybe I’m spoiled from the Cornelius ladies! This is not meant to bash the Mooresville location but is more of a highlight to the service the Cornelius location provides. As a small business owner myself, in addition to working a full time job in healthcare during COVID, the Cornelius location has kept me afloat by providing healthy and delicious meals to me and my family. I typically really love Clean Eatz. It has been my go to for lunches for about 2 years now and I’ve primarily visited the Mooresville location. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in staff or possibly management but it seems like within the last couple of months the quality of the frozen meals has gone down drastically. They just aren’t made the same. I’ve gotten a couple of meals that should have sauce on them that don’t, extremely dry meals that historically have been delicious, a chicken meal that I’ve had bone or bad pieces of chicken, and meals that I’ve thrown away because they just aren’t good. Read moreOn our drive from Ohio down to South Carolina, we were looking for a place to get a healthy lunch. I tried placing the order online but the website said your location was closed. So I call the store and the girl answered and said yes they were open. I explained that I tried ordering online but it says your store is closed and she said “nope we’re open come on in”. So we travel to this location, which was a little ways off the highway, and get my toddler and 8 month old out of the car. Only to go inside and be told - they don’t make food on Sundays, and they only sell premade stuff in the fridges that needs to be microwaved. Something I really wish your employee would have told me over the phone!!! Especially when you’re traveling with young children, what a hassle! Staff was not friendly.
