Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Mooresville

So this place just opened up in Statesville and I of course tried it. My experience was not a great one. The food was only ok. I got my sandwich lettuce wrapped and it was messy and falling apart. I asked for some cutlery and was informed they don't provide that. The girl that took our order barely spoke and even though she knew it was my first visit did not ask me questions to make my order full. There were people there who thought they were getting a combo when they actually didn't. The staff seem like they don't care about their jobs. With this being a new place I would think that the staff would be more friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Jersey Mikes over this place seeing as the food there is better and the atmosphere is better. Nicer staff as well. Get it together Jimmy Johns in Statesville. I'm hoping this Mooresville...

Chris the manager on duty has bad customer service after placing my order and paying over the phone I was telling them it was a pick up and they hung up the phone when I get to the store I was trying to correct them to say the delivery order that was in the system is not for delivery it was for a pick up and the person hung up the phone Chris says I can’t find it and he continued to wasted my time looking for order while there was another worker that was saying “It’s right here ....” several times while Chris ignored him. After Chris picks up ordered he cancelled the order and asked what would I like to order ...... OMG I want the same thing I ordered and you cancelled. This was the worst customer service and a waste of my time .... the slogan “Freaky Fast” is not true...

So I stopped in on Sunday afternoon. The man cleaning the oven was too busy listening to his Apple iPods. Somebody else came from the back. Didn't even understand the menu. I was served a tuna sub. The tuna was disgusting. Rotten cucumbers. I mentioned it to the person behind the counter. They apologized but there was no solution provided. Would recommend the owner is in to see what type of people are running his establishment when there's no management in play on the weekends. I would avoid this chain entirely and I will not even attempt to visit...
