On December 5th I ordered food at the drive thru at the Brawley School road location on my way home from the doctor which is approximately 15 minutes from my house. I usually use the one on Plaza drive because it's closer to my house. I ordered my wife and nephew a sandwich and baked potato each and an extra potato. The cashier asked me to pull up and wait. After approximately 5 minutes a young man handed me a bag that thought had my potatoes and sandwiches in it. I stopped at Arby's and got my supper. When I got home and started giving out food I realized I didn't have the sandwiches. I called the store and explained what happened and they said for me to come back and they'd take care of it. The woman that I was talking to asked me to tell her exactly what was missing. I didn't get a receipt. I thought they could pull up the receipt and duplicate the sandwiches. I said I couldn't remember if the baconater was a double or triple but I did order mushrooms on it and I also ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. She told me she'd get it for me when I got there. When I arrived at the window the "manager" asked me to tell her exactly what was on the order while she was holding the receipt in her hand. She said I told her it was a triple not a double and what they gave me was correct! I explained to her that it wasn't my sandwich and I didn't know it was a triple not a double. I said I'm sorry for the confusion and could I please get the correct sandwiches. She said that she gave me two bags. She didn't give me anything a young man did. She made me look like I was trying to steal a sandwich. She was extremely rude and didn't help the situation. I know, no one will read this or actually care about this. I am an elderly handicapped man who doesn't have it easy getting in and out of my car. I was not happy with having to travel in the car for another fourty minutes to get the right order! Needless to say I will not be back to this Wendy's location. Although I will be going to any other location because I've never this problem before. Read moreAs a Canadian on a road trip who hasn't been to a wendy's in years, I was amazed, appalled, and delighted with my visit. This location was an emotional rollercoaster. At first, walking in, it seemed like the place where souls go to die. The walls were scarred by the silhouettes of pictures and posters that mustve been present for years before removal, their absence evidenced by the grimy outline of rectangles of various sizes all over. The floors had that characteristic look of tiles that have long suffered the attack of mops and mop water dirtier than the tiles themselves, with a bright sheen to them belying their dangerous slickness. I was amazed at the fact that some chicken nuggets on their own cost the same as the $4 bag deal, which gave those same nuggets as well as a small cheeseburger and drink. I was yet more amazed at the value of the $5 bag. You don't see these deals in Canada. What really made the visit great was the service Charlie offered us. He was nothing but professional. Everyone else is extremely pleasant. & if you guys don’t want customers coming in at almost 9am for breakfast that you serve, don’t have your online hours for 6:30am that you updated 2 weeks ago. I went in to pickup an online order & the doors were locked, so I waited abt 3 mins & then knocked so this kind man came & let me in, but then locked the door behind me so I was locked in. Then I was waiting for my food & this cashier was loudly talking about how the doors shouldn’t have been unlocked & that I was waiting for my order (in the rudest way) & then gave me so much attitude. I am not one to leave reviews, but after 5 times of the same woman doing the same thing every time I go, it’s time for a review. Not pleased at all. Also didn’t give me my syrup after I asked 3 times for it.
