Had an encounter with a very rude, passive aggressive employee at the Target Starbucks location. I was looking at the display of cups at the entrance when the stand that holds them wobbled because it was uneven. When I put a single cup back on the edge, the stand tipped one direction and cups spilled down. This girl came over to me and while I was in the middle of apologizing and picking them up and explaining that the stand was uneven and tippy, she said “Don’t put any more back.” She then proceeded to grab the cups on the floor, sigh heavily and then slam them on a nearby table. She ended up dropping one herself on the ground. After this, my sister went over to look at the cups and this employee grabbed one immediately from my sister and put it back. She then grabbed the cup SHE dropped when she brought them to the table and proceeded to announce loudly “THIS CUP IS DAMAGED. IM BRINGING IT TO THE BACK!!!”
I have worked in customer service before and things like that happen. I never would approach a customer and try to make them feel like they did something wrong. I assure them that it’s okay and it happens. No worries. But no, this girl was full intent on shaming. Even though I did nothing wrong except put a cup back on a shelf that was uneven and tippy.
I am never Coming back to this Starbucks, never met someone so rude and condescending. The other girls working were very nice and understanding. I actually never want to go to any Starbucks again because of this.

Read moreIf I could leave 0 starts I would. Placed an online order to pick up inside. Get here and the inside is closed. They are pushing all in store pick ups to drive though. I can’t cancel the order unless they scan the app. So irregardless, I’m still stuck having to wait in the line. Would I have known I couldn’t pick up inside I would have never ordered! They should do what another fast food place does and if the inside is closed it won’t allow you to place an inside order pick up. But still allows you to order if you go through the drive through.
The reason I chose to place an inside order is because the last 2 times I have ordered a drink through the driveway at Starbucks (at two different locations) they have been out of the milk I use. No, I can’t use a different milk due to allergies. So we are stuck waiting. Officially done with Starbucks!! Waited over 30 minutes in the drive though to get my drink!!! Not worth it!!! Read moreWent yesterday afternoon, customer service is rough. They were out of venti cups and bags, was told I could get trenta size but I’d have to pay for it which was off putting. I understand supply shortages but please speak to people with respect instead of barking things. Then was told they couldn’t scan my rewards, but with no explanation as to why (maybe it’s a target thing?) only giving them 2 stars because the girl who actually made my drink was very nice.
