I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for having an outstanding employee like Ivan at your Moorpark location.

On Monday around 3:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru with my daughter after a long workday. My children needed to eat before practice, but unfortunately, my card was declined. Ivan kindly tried several times, and when it didn’t go through, I told him I would come back later. To my surprise, he said, “You can take the food now and come back to pay later.”

That simple gesture truly touched me. As a real estate agent, I’m constantly on the go, and I deeply appreciate employees who go above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. Ivan showed genuine care, charisma, and problem-solving skills—qualities of a strong future leader and, in my opinion, a great candidate for management.

When I returned shortly after to pay, I observed how Ivan handled other customers, and I was impressed by his professionalism and customer service. My family and I frequent this location often, and I have never seen anyone represent In-N-Out with such excellence.

My name is Madel Figueroa, and I had the pleasure of visiting In-N-Out Burger with my daughter this afternoon. We were fortunate to be served by Alex, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional dining experience.

From the moment we walked in, Alex was amazing. He brought our order directly to our table, ensuring everything was perfect. He even took the time to ask if the dining room temperature was comfortable. Alex’s attentiveness and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident in every interaction.

By far the worst IN N' OUT I've gone to. Drive thru its understandable that they might take a little longer due to customer flow, but this place simply takes to long. Had four incidents where I had to wait more than 10 minutes outside, and more than 20 minutes inside just to get cold animal fries. The staff looks uncoordinated , don't seem to follow directions well, and they are rude. I do give it to them , their manager tried to make it right . But besides that two thumbs down. On a Wednesday I waited 25 minutes to be exact in order to get two animal fries, 4 orders after me got their food within minutes and I sat there until i had no more patience. I politely asked their cashier Ryan to return my money back to my card and to get me a manager, he rolled his eyes, sighed , and left the register to attend the window. I had to ask to speak to a manager again before I got any help. Yes I got my fries, and my money she tried giving me coupons , but don't free load. People don't have time to wait all day. The DEL TACO next to them gave me an order big enough for a family of 4 in just 7 minutes. Just because its quality food sometimes its not worst the quantity of time. I will never...
