Target — Local services in Moorpark

I placed ann order for pickup, most stores it’s completed in two hours. This store had an item I needed, so I placed an order for pickup. 3 hours later it wasn’t ready. I got to the store and talked to Regina in customer service. She told me they have to go six hours to get it, and that I had to pick the order myself if I wanted it, and didn’t even check the status. So I go and pick the order myself and check out, but I cannot cancel the order in the app or on the website, and so I go back to customer service and explain the whole situation to Ryan, who is quite dismissive and will not make eye contact, takes my phone from me and repeatedly encounters the same issue, and tells me to just leave and it’ll get cancelled in 3 days, and smirks that if he can he’ll try to cancel it once it’s picked. When I ask how do I know that’s going to happen and I won’t be double charged, he smirks again and says I won’t forget. Regina leaves for the evening without even offering to help. By the time I get to my car after all of this, the orders is ready, yet I still cannot cancel it. This whole ordeal took over an hour. On a side note, there was visibly moldy cheese in the deli case. Will not be shopping at the Moorpark...

There were at least 4 random groups of kids running around, playing ball and tag with each other throughout the store. I dodged two groups with my cart. Just running through the store like they are at the park. When I complained to the evidently " teenager manager " that they were interfering with the other customers, he could care less. If those kids were black, the police would have been called immediately. And probably shot! I pointed this out to the manager, who clearly never watches the news, thought I I was overreacting and did nothing. He decided it was more prudent to argue with me instead over what I was reporting. . I am giving you actual facts young stupid teenager! Well this Target is ridiculous! I'm so unhappy with their drive up ordering. I ordered last night around dinnertime to come pickup around 12pm the next day. Still wasn't ready for pickup at 12pm. I called multiples times and no one answered the phones, even in multiple depts. Ended up having to go inside. Lady says it's taking about 6 hours. It was way over 6hrs when I went inside. I asked if someone could grab it. The lady said I would be charged if they did that. Said I should cancel and grab it myself. Like... This is ridiculous. What kind of customer service is that? I wouldn't recommend drive up here... Or any type of good...
