Jamba — Restaurant in Moorpark

I visited the Moorpark Jamba Juice store today, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond terrible . I encountered a situation that required assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with sarcasm from the manager Briana. It was disheartening to see the manager laughing with another customer at my expense rather than addressing my concerns professionally.

As a loyal customer who enjoys Jamba Juice, I expected a level of respect and care, especially in a situation that could have been easily resolved. Instead, the manager's dismissive attitude made me feel belittled and disrespected. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and empathy in a place I frequently visit. I don’t think Briana has any training as a manager. I am still shocked by her approach, lack of care, arrogance, dismissive attitude and sarcasm towards to a frequent client who was just trying to use a fundraiser gift card.

I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their approach to customer interactions. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and a little kindness goes a long way.

Want a delicious meal for breakfast try the chunky berry bowl it has peanutbutter in it and topped with granola, bananas and strawberries. I usually through in some blueberries and add a parmesan pretezel on my order. It usually keeps me full. They have friendly staff. It is in tbe moorpark market place which has a great selection of stores like Target, Tjmax, Smart and Final, Kohls, Famous Footwear and Michaels. So you can even get a few of your errands done after you eat. They have a huge parking lot so it is never a problem...

Went in Friday evening and the guy who took my order did not say a single word to me which was pretty rude. Felt like I was talking to a wall. Anyways, ordered 2 drinks walked over to jimmy johns and my son accidentally spilled his drink. I went back to Jamba Juice to purchase a new drink for him and the a different worker named Cole did not hesitate to make us another drink for free!! He was extremely nice and had the best attitude! He definitely deserves a raise for the way he works. Very friendly and quick :)...
