Natural Cafe Moorpark — Restaurant in Moorpark

If I could give this place a zero right now I would for customer service but I went there after work picked up food. It was for my boyfriend and I ended up with just vegetables and rice for $18 and I asked for the tofu stirfry which has stir fry surprise so I called and I said oh well the top is not in there. I just got home from work and of course the girl was with an attitude was like oh well we didn’t charge you for the tofu so we can make it. I paid like almost $18 for veggies and a pinch of vegetables like I literally could. I just cooked a Buncha vegetables here at my house and put a little bit of rice underneath my plate. It would cost me nothing . After you messed up my order, you doing nothing you can do about it. Unbelievable but this is the last time I ever go over there I absolutely can’t believe people’s thoughts on the on the fact that somebody comes to get food and then have to drive all the way back and yeah they got an attitude now there’s nothing they can do about it. Sorry that we’re going to inconvenience your night signing up having to cook anyways but thanks thanks I will never go there again. Customer service is on completely out the window. Got a chance to place an order with Kendall today I couldn’t believe how easy it was we had an eggplant sandwich I had a gobbler burger(turkey)

and there were two other meals that I couldn’t even dream of knowing well to pronounce but they were all delicious my gobbler burger came exactly as I wanted when I went to pick it up he was ready so it wasn’t cold perfect.

The flavor of the goblin burger was like one of those things were one by just kept welcoming the next they were incredibly friendly we enjoyed washing it down with some good old fashion kombucha…

Although I have no idea what all the fashion kombucha is because I only became aware of it two years ago so we’re just going to go with that. But I will say this they were very friendly the service was very good and I’ll go back there again.

The gobbler burger is delicious turkey burger and I recommend adding a sauce to it because turkey is one of those Memes where you can customize the flavor the sprouts tomatoes the brioche bun and if you want red onions make it such a delicious option in the dark corn tortilla chips with extra salsa actually you end up with enough salsa to match the number of...

I am sending this low review in hopes it helps improve the grill. For almost 8 years I have enjoyed my favorite dish Veggie Stir Fry with Sautéed tofu. I used to go to Natural Cafe weekly (sometimes a few times a week). The last 8 months have been such a disappointment. Uncooked rice, raw veggies and tofu. The first time it happened I had the server cook it more. It came back burnt. The next few times raw again. Gave it another chance and asked for it to be cooked well. The person at the cash register asked if there was an issue; I said it has been being served pretty raw. It came burnt again. I have been in about 10 more times and still no go. I was hoping it was just a fluke or a new cook but looks to be the thing now.... So tonight I gave it a last try asked for it to be cooked more and again explained what has been happening.... it came with burnt tofu and raw veggies and hard as a rock rice pieces. I am not sure what is going on with this store but sadly my favorite place is no longer...
