The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The pharmacist told me to wait 20 minutes and my medicine would be ready. It ended up taking over an hour and people were standing in line not being helped for 10 minutes at a time. I was surprised no one else said anything to them since most were aggravated and annoyed by the zero acknowledgement. They really need to work on having someone at the front at all times and not running back and fourth and leaving customers to stand for 10-20 minutes until acknowledged. I get there at 5:30, pharmacy tells me I have to wait between 20 minutes to an hour. So I take my crying 1 year old and try to stay busy. Hour later they call, so I go to finally pick up my baby's medicine. Nope. Pharmacist went on lunch and she has to mix it and no one else can but her and they wouldn't give it to me.
