Moorpark Plaza — Local services in Moorpark

11-13-22 Visited IHR Medical Supplies today (they are great, BTW). But we have issues with the "Plaza". Brought my elderly physically disabled dad to get a new walker from IHR (they were quite helpful). Wouldn't you think that there would be a handicapped ramp in front of a medical supply store where handicapped people are coming to shop? We parked directly in front of the store and didn't see a ramp. I mentioned this to the store owner. He told me that the property owners would not put one in, because there is one somewhere else on the property and that meets the minimum legal requirement under the ADA. So much for being concerned for your customers. IHR Medical Supplies...hope you never need them, but if you do...they will...

It's odd to review a Plaza in its entirety. However, they do have quite a few useful places to visit. Many of the businesses are excellent, some are extraordinarily bad. The actual structure is a bit old and looks it. There's a 7-11, a donut shop, dry cleaners, UPS store, nail salon (which is absolutely horrible), pizza place, medical supplies place, lawnmower shop, a Popeye's chicken, and a vape store upstairs... i think.
