There's no dominoes back home.
I placed an order at around 10:30 last night, and hadn't heard anything from them.
I called there at 11:10 and asked what was going on with my order.
He explained that they were short on staff and they're just now getting to my order. Two things worried me.
Either my pizza had been sitting out for 30 minutes or my order hasn't been made. If it hadn't been made, my tracker on the app shouldnt had been moving.
I asked them if they honored their "30 minutes or less" and the cashier on the phone asked me to hold on a second.
a few seconds later, I overheard the manager screaming aggressively at the cashier loud enough that it was clearly audible.
I thanked him for his time and then hung up. The pizza, when arrived, was cold. I pre-paid, waited over fourty minutes for cold pizza, and didn't get a discount.
I'm reporting my interaction with Dominoes to corporate as the staff is treated poorly. Not ordering...

He called to place 2 pick up orders for him and his job assistant, they were both Philly cheese steaks, at EVERY other Domino's we've ordered from is fantastic, but this particular one located at 155 Pinecrest Dr. Morehead KY 40351. You see were from Memphis, my boyfriend was only there for one night, anyway they called back to show the manager what they had been served and the manager refused to make the order RIGHT and was very rude about it. Read moreWould usually give the store a five star... But after tonight them denying me deliver due to me only having a hundred... I understand policy and it's not them. I have ordered from the store for almost 5 years!!!! And worked there as well! As long as the customer called ahead and confirmed the situation ( previous customer ECT.) They would make it happen! I'm really disappointed in the loyalty of the company to the LOYAL customers! Like I said I know there policy it's on the front of the box! But a five year previous employee customer calls you let's you know the change situation you make it happen it's a business at the end of the day. Plus the driver missed out on a 20 dollar tip.
