We went in to order for the family and the last working the register could not answer any of our questions about the order. I asked to get help from someone that could answer our questions to make adjustments to our order to avoid issues with our order. One worker was talking mess and looking crazy in the background. When I asked to speak to a manager they all said there was no manager on duty. We continued to have problems with our order. Had we not needed to hurry and get back home we would have left but kids needed their food. In the end someone else had to correct and adjust our order and then when I asked to change the size of my drink I was charged for a completely different drink not the upscale for going large but charged regular price for a new cup. The last did not understand what to do at all. This is usually a good place but not tonight. The ladies then grouped up and started talking and when I asked about the manager again they said they weren't there again and work in the mornings. When I told my husband about what happened he said we didn't need to spend anymore money with them if that's how they want to treat customers. I agree I will still try to reach the manager and let them know, hopefully they will fix the issue otherwise they are going to lose a lot more customers dealing with that...
   Read moreI placed an online order last Friday (4/19/24) and was charged $190.00. I went to pick up my order and received my receipt and the receipt read Paid $150.00 online order. I checked the receipt to make sure that the order was correct and nothing was missing. Sure enough the order was correct and the total was correct of $150.00. I questioned the work lady that was working the window and she had no answer. Tells me that âmaybe itâs the taxâ or âwe charge more in you place order online, thatâs why people call-in and orderâ & âitâs like when you order using Door dash, grubhub, or u we eats thereâs a fee addedâ none of this makes any sense and when I requested for a manager or supervisor âthere is no manager or supervisor on the night shift and that I would have to come back in the morningâ. Today is now (4/21/24) and no answer to why my card was charged $40 extra but that âthe online prices are different from in restaurant pricesâ I donât understand any of this and the fact they donât want to pay me back the difference of $40 that I was over charged.    Read moreWe have been going for a year and a half and love their food. These last three times including tonight was bad. Our orders were always wrong. This evening after clearly giving our order, I never got the double Italian dressing I paid for and despite being charged for Zucchini, my wife got fries for the second time. The last two visits we didnt complain, thinking the girls probably had a bad day. Not this time. No apology either. We know what we ordered and it shows on the reciept. We gave up on places near our home in Menifee due to poor quality, huge mistakes on orders and bad attitude. Angelos was our favorite, despite the 15 minute drive. Not anymore. I expect rude service from establishments in Los Angeles, which is why we avoid LA, but not here in Riverside, the staff were always friendly and on the ball. I work in customer service as a manager I can tell things have changed recently. We are going to have to cook at home from now on. I hope it changes back to the good way it used to be, the cooks are great!. As for us? We are too old for the additional stress and wasting our money.......
