Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Both girls that worked there on 7/7/19 @ 3pm are so rude! Not only to me but to a family of 3 that was there celebrating a little girls birthday. These 2 girls have no customer service skills at all! We are a family of 6 spent $35 on ice cream sundaes ECT. After the first one,the girl that was helping us said will that be all. When I said no and ordered again she looked annoyed and frustrated . When we go and spend that much money on ice cream, I expect a smile, great customer service, to be greeted and them to say thank you. Especially if my kids and I said thank you! They just rang me is up and didn't say anything. If they are so unhappy at the job, go somewhere else! That is a business, you are getting paid to work and give good customer service . Not to look annoyed , like someone owes you something, and just be there to do your hours. That's not how stuff works. I will never go to that Baskin Robbins in the food for less doing center again! I would rather drive down the street and go to the one off of Frederick. Atleast they greet you when you walk in and look like they actually enjoy their job and SAY THANK YOU! hopefully their manager sees this and takes care of this issue.
