Burger King — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Chicken nuggets were dry and tasted like they had been sitting for days Went to get a refund for 3 10 peices and was told i could only be refunded for 1 because i had eaten the other bags. I explained to them that i had dumped them all on to the bag and me and two friends began to eat .After a few we started to realise they tasted bad. I then picked them up and place them in one bag and the rest in the food bag. Then they said they could only refund two. I ask for corporates phone number and they said they were franchise. So i asked for owners phone number and they said they dont have an owner. Who the runs this place? I mostly come at night and numerous times have drove into the parking lot and have seen all the employees in the back hangin out with friends. Few times i have seen the smoking pot and drinking. Someone needs to start taking reponsibilty for this establisment. Burger king is trash the only good thing is the nuggets and they cant even get that right. Every thursday I purchased breakfast at the burger king thru the drive thru and I always receive excellent service. On thursday August 14th 2014 I purchased breakfast at the counter because the drive thru had cars in front of me and I was in a hurry. My order was terrible, not what I ordered and I couldn't return for I was already on the freeway and as I stated I was in traffic and running late. I tried to call on my cell phone but there was no telephone number on the reciept as the reciept stated. Googled your phone number and no one answered the phone. My sandwich didn't have the egg in it and the bacon was cooked to hard and cold and I was charged for a large coffee when I ordered a small coffee. My motto is serve me food that you would eat and enjoy. This customer is unhappy with your service at the Moreno Valley Hemlock...

They are TERRIBLE. You made mistakes on your meal( ordered whoppers and wraps) which gave us wraps and chicken nuggets. No apology and took the nuggets back which probably give to other guests after their server to ppl. Wraps showed on menu screen $2.99 but when you order will be $3.49. So we got the whoppers which there wasn’t any sauces in the burger and the manager tried to tell me whoppers just patty meat and bread and lettuce in the burger. She needs to look up how to make whoppers to able to work there. Can’t figure your basic product. And when we address the issue she had TERRIBLE Attitude and didn’t try to make any adjustment and asked” whats your issue “. Duh!!! I asked get refund and manager walked away said “OMG”.
